The
Abacos are a string of Bahamian islands located approximately 190
miles east northeast of Miami Florida and 115 miles north of
Nassau. They consist of a main island, Great Abaco, the
third largest island in the Bahamas, and a string of small cays
just a few miles offshore. The cays are further protected by
an extensive barrier reef, making the shallow and well-protected
Sea of Abaco perfect for sailing, swimming, fishing, snorkeling,
scuba diving, or simply enjoying life. Some
of the great experiences of
The Abacos are described here.
