This
Website was produced in an effort to encourage the sharing of
great Caribbean Experiences between sailing enthusiasts. Several
times each year, I have the opportunity to board my boat, The
Usual Suspects, and go cruising in the
Caribbean. Each time, I encounter some fantastic new
experience and meet new people. These experiences are
described on this Website, under several categories:
- The Boat
-
Describes the spaceship, The Usual Suspects.
- The Suspects -
Provides some background information on my associates who
regularly sail on the boat, charter guests, and anyone else we
encounter along the way. If you're not careful, you
might end up here too.
- The Experiences
- This is similar to a travel guide in that it provides
first-hand information about destinations that might be of
interest to someone planning to visit. It does not
attempt to be comprehensive or list all available services or
attractions. It does describe each experience first-hand,
and provide recommendations as to why you should visit.
All Suspects are encouraged to add their experiences to
this section.
- The Adventures -
These are the Trip Reports. They provides the
opportunity for any Suspect to tell it like it wasn’t. Facts are strongly discouraged.
Entertainment value is everything.
- What's
New in This Month's Update -
Describes what’s new in the current update. This site is
updated on the 1st day of every month, so you’ll always know
when it changes.
- Coming Attractions
- What’s planned in future monthly updates.
- Comments - Let
me know what you think. Your comments may end up here.
Each and every month, between
fifteen to twenty hours are spent updating this website. A
detailed and painful description of that production process is
described in the article A Whole
Lot of Construction. [New
Sep. '01]
Enjoy - you are already in the
Caribbean!
